Yes. Your monthly fee covers all maintenance, housekeeping, dining option, scheduled transportation, utilities, amenities and services – all the bills and cost of living in a single-family home.

Lower monthly fees
While you pay a membership fee upon move-in, your monthly fee is much lower than you would pay at a rental facility. On average, the difference is made up in as few as 13 months.

Refund of membership fee
As much as 90% of the membership fee is refunded when you leave Peace Village. If your needs become greater, your membership fee can fund your stay in our assisted living or memory care community.
