Yes. A monthly fee is a consolidation of all the bills and costs of living in a single-family home. Your monthly fee will pay for all maintenance, housekeeping, meal plan, scheduled transportation, electricity, campus amenities, and so much more. When you compare your monthly rate to what you’d be paying if you stayed in your home, it’s easy to see the value. Your budget will thank you.
Lower monthly fees
While you pay a membership fee coming in, your monthly fee is much lower than you would pay at a rental facility. On average, the difference is made up in as few as 13 months.
Refund of membership fee
As much as 90% of the membership fee is refunded when you leave Peace Village. Or, if your needs become greater, you can use it, when needed, to fund your stay in our assisted living or memory care community.
A sense of community
Many of our residents have lived here anywhere from five to 15 years. When moving into a Life Plan Community, you get to know your neighbors and form lasting friendships — unlike a month-to-month rental facility where there may be a high turnover of tenants.
Not-for-profit
As a nonprofit, we are here to serve the community! Any profits made are reinvested back into the community. As well, our mission and vision are something that we live. Fundraising is a large part of who we are; the money raised goes toward “Lora’s Fund.” Lora’s Fund is there for our residents who outlive their funds so they may stay in our community even when their assets run low.
Yes! Do you like to get away for the winter? Ask us about our snowbird discount!
Yes. If you drive your own vehicle, we can offer you on-site parking at ground level or secured below-ground parking. If you don’t drive, you can schedule transportation via our community van or on-site sedan service to churches, shopping and medical appointments.
