Yes. Your monthly fee consolidates all the bills a single-family home will incur – including delicious meals! Your fee covers all utilities including wi-fi, maintenance and housekeeping, scheduled shuttle service and transportation, amenities and services. It also includes chef-prepared meals in any of our restaurants – including carry out to your private residence!

Lower monthly fees
While you pay a membership fee upon move-in, your monthly fee is much lower than you would pay at a rental facility. On average, the difference is made up in as few as 13 months.

Refund of membership fee
As much as 90% of the membership fee is refunded when you leave Peace Village. If your needs become greater, your membership fee can fund your stay in our assisted living or memory care community.

Many of our residents have lived here anywhere from five to 15 years. When moving into a Life Plan Community, you form lasting friendships with your neighbors, building relationships that will last for many years.
